How BYOK pricing works

  • Platform per cluster: €15,000 / year, includes 1 server and 25 seat credits.
  • Seats scale fairly: as you add more seats, the effective price per seat goes down – no per-seat hikes at higher volumes.
  • Extra servers: add more nodes per cluster as needed; each extra server is priced separately.
  • Features & support: Plus / Enterprise features and support levels layer on top of the base packs.

Definitions
  • Seat: named user on that deployment; enforced by JWT claims + app checks.
  • Cluster: one logical deployment (e.g., prod). Pro/Enterprise include additional clusters.
  • Server limit: max nodes per cluster that the license permits.
